Current role

Lukas manages the collaboration between Philips Ventures and the Health Innovation Port in Germany. He has deep insights in the start-up ecosystem in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. He scouts for innovative start-ups and leverages the Health Innovation Port network to help them grow. Lukas believes that the future of healthcare lies in collaboration between experienced corporations and innovative start-ups.

Experience

Before joining Philips Ventures, Lukas served as a consultant to start-ups and innovation teams, helping them to validate their solutions develop their business models. He holds a degree in business engineering and is based in Hamburg.

At Philips I have the opportunity to make real improvements in the healthcare system. I help connect disruptive start-up solutions with corporate innovations, so they can create the holistic solutions that patients need.”
